IGS has announced that a new Titanium digital label finisher and a Suction Feeder solution for the Cobalt SP800 will be launched at Packaging Innovations & Empack

International Graphic Supplies (IGS) is set to launch two new hardware solutions at this year’s Packaging Innovations & Empack at the NEC Birmingham – a specialised Suction Feeder for the Cobalt SP800 single-pass printer and the new Titanium IL-330 digital label finisher.
IGS will officially launch the two hardware advancements, which it says “redefine efficiency in the digital packaging and label sectors,” on February 11th and 12th at Stand B66 of the exhibition.
The new Suction Feeder for the Cobalt SP800 has been developed in response to what IGS sees as a surging demand for automation in short-run, direct-to-packaging printing.
While previous configurations relied on friction feeding, the new suction system enables more seamless handling of a wide range of substrates including porous materials such as napkins, varying board thicknesses, and delicate bags prone to marking.
As IGS says: “This enhancement transforms the Cobalt SP800 from a manual-heavy process into a high-productivity, ‘set-and-forget’."
IGS is launching the latest iteration of its Titanium line for the label finishing sector, with the Titanium IL-330 all-in-one digital finisher boasting a reported 35% increase in production speed compared to previous models.
The IL-330 is designed to eliminate the need for physical dies, allowing for near-instant job changes and lowering setup costs. It is engineered to dramatically reduce lead times for short-to-medium runs using nine cutting blades working in tandem.
The single pass multi-tasking capabilities of the new Titanium includes automatic waste stripping, cold lamination, and slitting, with a CCD vision system also tracking registration marks in real-time with 0.1mm accuracy.

Peter Flynn, managing director at IGS, says: “Our goal for Packaging Innovations 2026 is to show businesses how they can bridge the gap between high-quality output and high-speed automation without the massive overhead of traditional machinery.
"We are very excited to be demonstrating the Cobalt SP800 Suction Feeder live at the show, printing on a variety of substrates including kraft bags, pizza boxes, napkins, greaseproof paper, seed paper, beer mats, and bagasse boxes.”
Commenting on the new Titanium model, Flynn adds: “The Titanium IL-330’s nine blade production speed represents our commitment to providing affordable, industrial-grade solutions for the accelerating shift to digital labels."
The annual Packaging Innovations & Empack exhibition will return to the NEC Birmingham on February 11th and 12th, with the packaging and associated industries coming together to explore new solutions, discover future trends, and connect with like-minded professionals.
The free-to-attend UK packaging event will include over 450 exhibitors demonstrating solutions live, and more than 80 expert speakers. Last year the show reported record attendance of over 7,400 visitors.
